Upcoming Tata Nexon Rivals – Hyundai Venue

The first SUV on the list is the Hyundai Venue facelift. Hyundai has already revealed that this model will be launched on November 4 in the country. Even being outdated, the popularity of Venue is growing with time, however, with its new generation, we expect it to be more value for money choice. 

With the new generation, Hyundai is planning to give the Venue a new design for exterior & interior and upgraded feature list. The model is expected to get its design inspired from its sibling Creta. Talking about the features, the SUV is expected to get features like a dual connected curved screens, 360-degree camera, dual-zone climate control, ventilated seats, panoramic sunroof, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and more in its package. However, the powertrain options will be carried from the current iteration of the SUV.

Mahindra Vision X –

The second among the pack is the Mahindra’s new Vision X model. The model was showcased at a recently held event. Rumored to be the new version of XUV 3XO, it is expected to launch by 2028. 

The new Vision X or XUV 3XO new generation, will be one of the most advanced in terms of features and design. We have already talked about its design & apart from that we expect the new model to boast several new-age features from its electric siblings. Some features that are already revealed include – a curved dual-screen setup, a new four-spoke steering wheel, a large centre console, sporty seats, a triple-tone dashboard and much more.

Upcoming Tata Nexon Rivals – Maruti Brezza

The Maruti Brezza has been giving a tough competition to Tata Nexon in the country. Now, Maruti is trying to upgrade the SUV to become more versatile and for this it will get a new hybrid engine. We have already discussed the hybrid engine and the same engine will be equipped on the Brezza. 

Apart from the given information, no major change in design or features are expected as of now. Also, along with the hybrid engine, Maruti can receive a major boost as it can reduce the price of Brezza due to lower GST rates. However, the plan of launching this new Brezza hybrid is not clear as of now, but we expect it to come by the end of 2026.

Volkswagen Tera –

The next on the list is the Volkswagen Tera. The Skoda Kylaq has already made its magic for the brand and now, Volkswagen is also ready with its first compact SUV. The brand has already revealed the Tera in the international markets, however its launch in India is still under cover. 

We have previously discussed about the VW Tera briefly. However, some of its features include a 10-inch infotainment touchscreen, digital driver display, ADAS suite, ambient lighting, wireless charging and more in its package. That said, it is also said that in India, Volkswagen might launch the Tera under the legendary – Polo nameplate.
