Mercedes-Benz New Record –
Yes, the car maker is none other than Mercedes-Benz. The brand has announced that this Navratri, it has sold almost a new car every six minutes. Moreover, the average price of cars sold is calculated to be around Rs 1 crore. With this the brand has marked its best-ever performance.
In the reports, Mercedes disclosed that the sales for the July-September quarter was 5,119 units. Out of this, over 2,500 units came in the final nine days (Navratri period) of the quarter. The major traction for this increased sales were the reduced GST rates, which simultaneously reduced the prices of the models and also some special offers rolled out during the quarter.

Now, as the festive season is just around the corner, the luxury car-maker is expecting to surpass the current record. According to the sources, Mercedes is expecting to have strong Diwali sales, backed by an order bank of around 2,000 units.
In the past year, Mercedes-Benz registered a total sales of 19,565 units. However, in the first nine months of 2025, it registered a total sales of 14,476 units. Having said that, the brand is expecting the growth to be flat this year despite the festive season and GST boost.
Some of the most exciting cars in the portfolio of Mercedes-Benz are S-Class, E-Class, G-Wagon, GLC and GLS.
